The following educational manuscript has been organized in 5 chapters : Implantation, Detection, Therapies, Discrimination and Telemonitoring. Description of these different programming tips and recommendations are based on real tracing analysis originating from our daily practice. Through this atlas of endocardial electrograms, we tried to describe a systematic stepwise approach that will help the physician to resolve ICD's trouble shooting. We hope these examples will help the physician to better program ICD's in a "patient tailored fashion".
