This a ILR tracing from a 30 years old man, implanted for unexplained syncope during a marathon. He has an early repolarization on the 12 leads ECG.
The device has recorded a fake VF episode due to noise. The tachogram revealed a strange phenomenon before the VF detected episode: what is your explanation for these "waves"?
Looks like an artefact to me...
